Vital wheat gluten is widely used in food and feed industries. In food industry, it is dough improver widely used for its unique viscosity, elasticity, elongation, film formability and liposuction absorption. It is used in production of bread, noodles, instant noodles, steamed gluten, ham sausage, artificial meat, amino acid, etc. In feed industry, vital wheat gluten is used as basic raw material for high-grade aqua feeds replacing some fishmeal as a protein source and making amino acid composition more reasonable.
Usually vita wheat gluten is packaged in 25kg kraft paper bag. Also we can supply customerized service.
